Room Hire
All hiring of rooms enquiries are managed by our volunteer Booking Team.
Please be aware before starting your enquiry that bookings can not be accepted for:-
1 - any party bookings on any Saturday, unless you live within the "LCA Area of Benefit" as defined by our Constitution. By clicking here ->> "AREA OF BENEFIT", you can check if your address qualifies.
2 - any Saturday events likely to run beyond 13:00.
3 - any Sunday events
All bookings for party events have to be paid in full at least 14 days before the event to avoid risk of cancellation.

If you are unable to do this, then you may contact the Centre:-
1 - in person at the lawn community Centre on Mondays between 09:30 and 11:30 (except bank holidays)
2 - by telephone on 01793 651 806 where a volunteer-on -duty, if available will complete an enquiry form with your contact details and booking requirements. Alternatively, please leave your contact details on our Answerphone for a call-back.
Please be aware that your request should only be regarded as a "Booking Enquiry" until a member of the Booking team has check availability and suitability of a room for your needs; additional information my be needed before a confirmation is given.

Definition of terms and notes for table above.
"Block" = refers to multiple events that qualify for a discounted rate when at least 8 events in a 12 month continuous period.
"Single" = refers to one-off events
"Local Resident" = refers to rates for hirers that reside within the 'Area-of-Benefit ' as defined in the association's Constitution.
"Registered Charity" = refers to rates that only apply charities that are officially registered with the Charit Commission; evidence of which is required when booking.
"Business" = Rates that apply to all bookings made on behalf of a business.
"Standard" = rates that apply for all other categories of hirers.
