Main Hall
On the Ground floor - approx. 13.80m x 8.00m
Pricing : £9.60 to £30.00 per hour

Has capacity for up to 70 people with sufficient tables, chairs and equipment.
Room is air-conditioned, has a fresh-air system, public-address microphones and hearing loop. There is an overhead projector, screen and surround-sound system for TV, DVD, films and presentations from hirer's own laptop computers. An adjacent, large commercial kitchen is included with the hire at no additional charge. A concertina-style , wooden door may be used to divide the room.
Kitchen
Adjacent the Main Hall but only available with hire of the Main hall, not separately.
There is no additional charge for this facility.
Cooking knives and tea towels are NOT provided.

Equipment comprises:- Refrigerator, upright freezer, dishwasher, twin-oven cooker and a microwave oven.
For every-day use, sufficient crockery (dinner plates, soup/desert bowls, glass tumblers, milk jugs, sugar bows) and teaspoons, tea pots, kettles, vacuum jugs, tea urn, large jugs, tays, saucepans and miscellaneous item such as corkscrew and cruets.
Room 1
On the Ground floor

This room is suitable for medium-sized meetings and gatherings of up to 40 people dependent on activity. Room has air-conditioning, dim-able lighting system and incorporates a hearing loop. There is a mall integral kitchenette with sink, water boiler, refrigerator and an extractor. Small 'Gopak' table and chairs are provided. There is a pull-down screen for use with a portable digital projector available for no additional charge if booked well in advance from the Reception Office. A whiteboard and a small CD/radio player is also available.
Room 2
On the Upper floor accessible by stair or lift.

Price range: £5.00 to £10.00 per hour



Room has an L-shaped configuration that can be divided by a concertia- door into two separate rooms each with own access door.
Room is suitable for up to 40 people dependent on the activity, has air-conditioning and a small integral kitchenette with sink, water boiler and refrigerator, and sufficient range of cutlery and crockery available.
Room 3
On the Upper floor accessible by stair or lift.

Price range: £4.00 to £7.40 per hour

Room is suitable for small meetings with seating for up to 12 people. Small or large 'GoPak' tables and chairs are available as required.
A whiteboard is provided.
